Fjordfiesta -Improving environments
Fjordfiesta is a beautiful furniture studio based in Molde on the west coast of Norway.
Fjordfiesta is proud to be one of few Norwegian design brands still having the courage and stamina to support production of furniture in Norway. High quality craftsmanship in combination with cutting edge technology lies close to heart.
We strive to develop new design furniture but also feel great joy over finding hidden gems from our Norwegian design heritage, especially from the 1950ies and 60ies.
The love of Scandinavian contemporary design and a sustainable focus are core values to our company.
New updated prices from 1th of March 2024
Dear dealer!
The new price list is ready for download here. The new prices are effective from March 1, 2024.
It has been necessary to increase the prices.
Regarding the Scandi Lux pillows, we have added a light fabric in Bardal from GU. We have removed the leather pillows in leather from Sørensen Leather as they unfortunately are discontinuing the collection SHADE. New leather for the Scandi Lux pillows comes from Danish CAMO and their collection NEVADA. We have selected three leather colors compared to the previous two.
Until March 1, we can deliver leather in the “old” collection SHADE. After that, we will switch to new leather from CAMO.
Refer to the attached price list for images. During February, we will send out new leather samples that can be exchanged on our material samples in-store.
Feel free to contact us if any questions arise.

Scandia Junior in FSC certified rosewood
Hans Brattrud designed the Scandia Junior chair in 1957 as a student project at the National College of Art & Design in Oslo. Brattrud’s aim was to create a three-dimensionally shaped chair using moulded slaths and different two-dimentional forms.
The design was revolutionary both in shape and expression. The chair immediately won worldwide recognition. At the Deutsche Handwerksmesse in 1967 Brattrud received the gold medal from the Bavarian State Government for Scandia Junior. The same year the chair also received «The Award for Design Excellence» from the Norwegian Design Council.
The iconic chair celebrates its 65 years anniversary this year and we celebrate this by launching a limited edition of 250 pieces Scandia junior in FSC certified palisander. The palisander is from approved plantations in Bolivia. The chairs are specially marked.
