Fjordfiesta -Improving environments
Fjordfiesta is a beautiful furniture studio based in Molde on the west coast of Norway.
Fjordfiesta is proud to be one of few Norwegian design brands still having the courage and stamina to support production of furniture in Norway. High quality craftsmanship in combination with cutting edge technology lies close to heart.
We strive to develop new design furniture but also feel great joy over finding hidden gems from our Norwegian design heritage, especially from the 1950ies and 60ies.
The love of Scandinavian contemporary design and a sustainable focus are core values to our company.
3 Days of design
We’re proud to be part of 3 days of design 2025 – Denmark’s leading design festival celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation in architecture and design.
This year, we are pleased to be exhibiting as part of the Inside Norway showcase at Framing, a curated exhibition featuring some of the most forward-thinking Norwegian design brands.
At the exhibition, we’ll present a handpicked selection from our collection – furniture that combines timeless form, honest materials, and a strong architectural identity.

The Norrköping 01 stool and Norrköping 02 table Sverre Fehn 1964
We are also excited to unveil two new pieces.
The Norrköping 01 stool and Norrköping 02 table designed by Sverre Fehn in 1964
The Norrköping 01 stool and Norrköping 02 table are simple, yet delicately detailed pieces of furniture. Both are made from local Norwegian pine. The furniture is crafted at the factory by skilled artisans, ensuring a high-quality result.
When not used as seating, the stool doubles as a small table in its own right, adding flexibility to any interior setting.
Both pieces were originally designed by architect Sverre Fehn for Villa Norrköping in Sweden, part of a housing exhibition exploring the Scandinavian home of the future. The villa is laid out as a Greek cross, with the kitchen and bathrooms placed at the core of the building. This centralised structure is echoed in the construction and detailing of the Norrköping pieces, where focus is drawn to the core of the objects.
Dimensions (mm):
Stool (Norrköping 01): W 430 × D 430 × H 380
Table (Norrköping 02): W 1130 × D 1130 × H 700

Scandia Junior in FSC certified rosewood
Hans Brattrud designed the Scandia Junior chair in 1957 as a student project at the National College of Art & Design in Oslo. Brattrud’s aim was to create a three-dimensionally shaped chair using moulded slaths and different two-dimentional forms.
The design was revolutionary both in shape and expression. The chair immediately won worldwide recognition. At the Deutsche Handwerksmesse in 1967 Brattrud received the gold medal from the Bavarian State Government for Scandia Junior. The same year the chair also received «The Award for Design Excellence» from the Norwegian Design Council.
The iconic chair celebrates its 65 years anniversary this year and we celebrate this by launching a limited edition of 250 pieces Scandia junior in FSC certified palisander. The palisander is from approved plantations in Bolivia. The chairs are specially marked.
