Delivery and delay
Products will be delivered to the place and at the time indicated on your order confirmation, normally 3-5 weeks from ordering. This does not apply during holidays. Delayed delivery does not give the right to cancel the purchase or claim discount. If goods are being delayed, we will inform you about new delivery dates.

Fjordfiesta Furniture AS takes full responsibility for products until you’ve received and signed for the goods.
All shipments in Norway are with Schenker with their current rates.
All shipments outside Norway are with DHL with their current rates.

Examination of products
After you have received the products, you must, as soon as you have opportunity, check if the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, or if the products have been damaged during transport or any other defects or deficiencies. Damage to the packaging must be communicated to the shipping company upon receipt of the item. A delivery note is always attached to the package.

Your rights in case of defects
If the products are faulty or missing, you have the right to demand rectification of the defect, replacement or cancellation of the purchase. Notification of errors or defects in products must be made to us in writing. This must be done within a reasonable time after you discovered the error or defect. You always have at least two months warranty time. We recommend that the complaint is submitted to us in writing along with images of the fault.

When reclaiming products they can be returned in person or through us and our shipping company to our factory in:
Vest-Torpaveien 24, 2870 Dokka, Norway.

Please enclose invoice / delivery note in the return shipment. The return shipping cost in case of a fault or damage on the product is covered by Fjordfiesta Furniture AS. Return of the product must first be approved by us. We will confirm receipt of all complaints. We will also confirm receipt of goods returned to us for inspection or repair.

The right to complain applies for two years after you acquired the product. The right to reclaim the product is in addition to the right of withdrawal of purchase. See Kjøpsloven.

Right of withdrawal
If you against all odds regret a purchase with us, Angrerettloven applies. It provides you the right to regret your purchase with us. Cancellation rights apply to goods and services purchased over the internet. Cancellation rights says that you must give us written notice within 14 days after you’ve received the delivery. With the order confirmation (email) follows withdrawal form (pdf attachment) to be used for withdrawal.

The returned product must be unused in its original packaging. The product should not be used or damaged. A return form must be completed and inclosed with the goods. All products must be returned to us within a reasonable time. The return must be paid by you. We can help with obtaining cost of return shipping. Reimbursement of the purchase will take place as soon as we have processed your return and the products are returned to us. Normally this will take 7-14 days from receipt of the returned item.

Force Majeur
If we for any reason should be unable to deliver or make a replacement, or should a delivery be unreasonably burdensome due to labor dispute or other circumstances the parties can not rule over it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military call of similar scope, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, insurrection and civil commotion, shortage of transport, general shortage of materials, reduction in the supply of power and defects, and other delays in deliveries from suppliers or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances described in this paragraph, we are relieved of all other responsibilities than in cases of complaints, and credit it to the faulty item associated purchase.
